FAQs

What is a time ticket entry?

A time entry ticket provides the time when you should arrive and enter the queue line to start your journey to the Haunted Field of Screams. While timed tickets reduce your wait time, there may still be a line wait (up to an hour or more) on busy nights.

What happens if I miss my entry time?

You may enter the queue line during the 30 minute window marked on your ticket. After those 30 minutes, your ticket is considered VOID and you will have to purchase a new ticket. So, for instance, if you purchased a 7:30 p.m. ticket for October 1, you have until 8 p.m. on October 1 to get in the queue line, otherwise your ticket is VOID.
